This year’s Rendezvous is being organised by Kirklees Bridleway Group
Rendezvous time: 12 – 12:30pm
Presentation time: 1pm
Sunday 24th May 2015
All riders should contact their ride leaders before the day.
Riders should be of a proficient standard and know their horses well.
Riders are advised to carry a whistle in case they become separated from the
group. Under 16’s must be accompanied by an adult.
Hard hats and correct riding boots must be worn, it is advisable to carry a
Ride leaders instructions must be followed at all times.
A vet and a farrier will be on standby.
All leaders carry a first aid kit and a mobile phone.
Please ensure your horses shoes are in good order.
Riders finishing at the venue must arrange their own transport home.
Refreshments are available from Bonappetit- catering on site, is not included
in the entry fee.
Toilets and water are on site.
All riders will receive a rosette.

BHS ACCESS WEEK 23 TO 31 MAY 2015
Access Week enables the BHS to spread the word of how important safe off-road access is
by holding events and pleasure rides throughout the UK to get riders in the local community
involved, whilst raising vital funds to enable us to continue our crucial access work. Access
Week is also a time where we acknowledge those in the wider community who have made
an exceptional contribution to the equestrian access.
