Rescheduling of Public Inquiry from 31 January to May 2023
Please note that a public local inquiry into the above Order was due to open at the Hudawi Centre, Great Northern Street, Huddersfield on Tuesday 31st January 2023. Due to the unavailability of an Inspector, the Inquiry has been postponed until at least 23rd May. The date of the rescheduled public inquiry is to be formally confirmed by the Planning Inspectorate.
We will confirm this date once we have received details from Kirklees.
